This policy applies to our website and the Opswell application (together, the “Service”). For customers, the organisation that holds the account is the data controller; Opswell acts as a processor on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Account information — name, work email, role, and organisation, provided when an account is created.
- Operational data — the assets, work orders, schedules, and records your team enters into the Service.
- Usage data — device, browser, and log information used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
- Cookies — essential cookies keep you signed in; optional analytics cookies help us improve the product. See “Cookies” below.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the Service, provide support, process your requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your operational data to train models for other customers.

We share information only with sub-processors that help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require appropriate safeguards, or where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and we review our controls regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify affected customers of incidents as required.
